The workshop: a hands-on role-play exercise
A quiz checks what you remembered; the workshop makes you practice. You play the broker for a fictional company looking for cyber insurance: you read its file, spot what does not hold up, decide what to present to the insurer, and AlgoPolis plays the insurer across the table. At the end you see the consequences of your choices and what a professional would have done.
The simulator: two years of a book
The workshop has you play one file; the simulator has you run a book. As underwriter or broker, you go through eight quarters of a fictional cyber and political risk market: inherited accumulations over their caps, one investigation per quarter, events inspired by public cases. Each quarter closes on a reading of what your decisions changed.
Other formats are coming: the same case as an underwriter has to decide it, guided case studies, and timed exercises. They will be announced here when they are ready, not before.
The Academy teaches reasoning on textbook cases. It gives no advice on any real risk: no recommendation of cover, capital, deductible or premium, and no insurer named in a recommending position. The professional tools for brokers live in AlgoPolis Pro, a separate product.
