The founder

Paul Bernardski founded AlgoPolis to study cyber risk, political risk and where they meet, as an underwriter would. He signs the observatory's underwriting notes under his own name: dated, reasoned decisions, tested later against what happened. Before insurance, the association had a first purpose, responsible artificial intelligence, ESG and public policy, under the name "Algopolis, conseil et innovation responsable en IA, ESG et politiques publiques" (consulting and responsible innovation in AI, ESG and public policy), which the Sirene register still carries: it is the same association.
